7 WEEKS OUT

The last week has been very questionable, I felt like I hadn’t lost any fat and felt like I lost all my definition, I also felt extremely tired due to waking up at night with the baby, I did freak out a lot as you do lol!.

However the last day I seem to be looking leaner and I did lose 3 ml after all. This was a very frustrating week for me as I have been doing some cardio and having no carbs or fat in meal 2 and 3 so considering there were big changes I really felt I was going to have a great week therefore I felt a little disheartened but its funny how this can all change in a few days. I couldn’t even bring myself to take a photo this week lol! Anyway big expectations for next week. Gemma

6 WEEKS OUT

I’ve had a great week, I’m feeling leaner my weight has actually dropped a lot this week, things are really starting to happen, so excited as its getting really close now, 6 weeks out this Sunday. I’m getting my fat mls done tomorrow, I do feel I have gotten leaner in my legs and lower back this week which is awesome and these are the stubborn areas. Training is going great and I am still feeling strong, I’m sleeping really well too. I’m starting to get extremely hungry for all meals now, even after the carb meal in the late afternoon. At this point I must say I love comp prep!!
