Jenaya Davis is passionate about being there for every step of your journey to a happier, healthier life and arming you with confidence in your body and mind. From a very young age she has trained and competed for water sports, and has been running around gyms since she could walk.

She’s travelled extensively for Outrigger canoing and has been trained by many world champions and olympic athletes. During her 8 years of being a full time athlete and coming 8th in the world for Outrigger Canoeing she set in stone her passion and became a Sports Scientist and personal trainer. Jenaya spent her time studying also working with motivating the older age population and training people in rural areas. She’s experienced weight loss (30kgs) herself and wants to see everyone else feeling as healthy and energetic as she does.

Jenaya specialises in weight loss, athlete development, pre and post natal exercising as well as strength and conditioning for older age clients and teenage health. She believes you can always push further than you think and are always capable of suprising yourself with what you can achieve when you put your mind to it.

Jenaya’s moto is “desire + dedication + determination = DOMINATION”. With her positive attitude by your side your transformation will be a fun and challenging experience to help you fulfill your goals.

OC1 World Sprint Titles Canada 2012 – 8th place
OC1 World Sprint Titles New Caledonia 2010 – 18th place
Australian representative in Cook islands in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2012 (medalled multiple times each year for different age groups, women and open catagories as well as sprints and marathons)
Australian sprint champion in 2011
Runner up sprint champion in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012.
Over 110 medals throughout my training career.
