Hi I’m Nicole Bradley. I am so proud to say I am a Personal Trainer and transformation specialist here at Xtreme Results on the Gold Coast.
I absolutely love assisting my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. I have helped clients who have come to me with no fitness or strength experience, overweight and unhealthy then transformed them into strong lean athletes, a word they never thought they would ever call themselves. I have also worked with elite athletes helping them break plateaus and achieve a higher level in their sporting careers.
I have a personal passion for fitness competitions. I started my bikini model debut in May 2016 and from there I was hooked. I placed 2nd in Queensland and recently stepped it up to the fitness division where I placed 4th in the Fitness Novice division.
