We hope everyone had a fantastic christmas with your family and friends. As the new year approaches and people start to consider their resolutions, we suggest you take the time to think about how you are really going to reach your health and fitness goals for 2013. Instead of the typical resolutions of starting a diet in the new year or starting a cardio/weight training program to lose weight, we suggest you create a resolution to change your MINDSET toward your eating habits and exercise patterns. To gain and then maintain a lean, fit, healthy and disease free body for life you must follow a consistent healthy eating plan personalised to suit you, your exercise program must include cardio and strength training for fat loss, lean muscle gain, cardiovascular and overall general health, this takes discipline, and this all comes down to MINDSET.
