PRE AND POST NATAL

pre post natal training

Strength Training through Pregnancy and beyond is imperative to ensure your baby and yourself are strong and healthy throughout this important time. Pregnancy hormones can interfere with your emotions, so an added benefit of strength training is that you release endorphins that in turn can make you feel much happier and stable.

With the inevitable rapid mood swings and decreased energy that pregnant women experience, pre-natal exercise is very beneficial to both Mother and Baby. Pre-natal exercise has a positive impact on the length of the delivery and post-partum fat loss.
A Woman who has more muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance will fare better in a labour room than one who does not. This is a true marathon event and you want to make sure you are ready.

If you are not exercising and want to begin, you can do so under the watchful eye of our highly experience Personal Trainers.
