12 week transformation before and after shots – To achieve the amazing results seen in our 12 week transformation photos, our clients followed a personalised eating plan for 12 weeks which was updated regularly to ensure they didn’t plateau, they performed 22 one on one personal training sessions over 12 weeks, 1 session was completed per week for the first two weeks followed by 2 sessions per week for the following ten weeks. Each client was only expected to walk as cardio outside of our training sessions, the amount of walking differs from person to person. They also received a supplemental protocol to support their program.

Contest Prep before and after shots – To achieve the results seen in these pics, Clients follow a specific training program designed by Xtreme Results Contest Prep Coach – Ash Mason, some clients performed one on one strength sessions along with their own personal strength session, contest prep clients strength train 5-6 times per week. Again the only cardio they perform is moderate walking, rowing, bike, or cross trainer with some HIIT thrown in for some clients if needed. They follow a strict eating plan which is continuously monitored and a detailed supplemental protocol.
