INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked Whole-wheat Spaghetti Pasta
- 100g Chicken Breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced Yellow Capsicum
- 1 tbsp. Fish Sauce
- 1/4 cup Coriander
- 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp. Coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp. Chili Flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the pasta according to package directions.
- Next, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix together the fish sauce, peanut butter, coconut sugar, and chili flakes.
- Pour over chicken, cover, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Top with coriander before serving.
