INGREDIENTS
- 400g John West Tuna Slices in sprinwater
- 60g onions, finely chopped
- 350g sweet potato, mashed
- Pinch of salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients, mould into 8 patties and cook both sides in non stick fry pan until well done.
